If you need to communicate with your copywriter, you can do so through the messaging system. You will find messages at the bottom of the left-hand navigation in your dashboard.
Tip: Being as detailed as possible when placing your order will mean that your copywriter won't need to clarify information and will speed up the delivery of your order.
Replying to messages
When you are sent a message, you will be alerted both by email and by an envelope icon in the messages section at the bottom left of the dashboard. When responding to the message, you can also attach any supporting information such as a word document or a spreadsheet.
You can mark messages as read, unread or delete them by checking the box to the right of each message and selecting the required option from the dropdown above. You can change all of the messages on the page by select 'All' at the top of the page.
