Delivery Policy
Depending on your given deadline, completed copy is nearly always delivered on time. The minimum order date is 24 hours, and the maximum deadline for any job is 30 days from the creation of the job. In the rare scenario of the deadline being missed, simply contact customer service at help@copify.com and we will find an alternative writer, or issue a full refund.
Item return/refund policy
At Copify, we work hard to ensure that our authors are of a high standard, meaning that we have a high rate of job approval.
If, however, you feel that your copy does not match up to your brief, then you can ask for the copy to be edited, by using the messaging system in the Control Panel.
If, having requested an edit, you are still unhappy, then you will be able to make a complaint by emailing help@copify.com with the job title and the reason . A member of our team will then assess your complaint, and if it is felt that you have just cause in rejecting the copy, then the cost of the job will be refunded to you as long as the complaint is made within 30 days of delivery of the completed copy.
Please note, unless the job does not match up to your brief then your complaint will not be upheld, so it is important to be as detailed as possible in your requirements when posting a job.
